The glitch keeping active-duty families and military retirees from changing their Tricare plans online will "likely" continue throughout open enrollment, Tricare officials said Nov. 26. The online problem, which affects only people who are currently enrolled in a Tricare plan, means Tricare beneficiaries can switch between Tricare Select and Tricare Prime only via phone or mail.
