Monster Career Advice Portal Chosen as the People’s Voice Award Winner as Best Employment Web Site

Military.com Recognized as an Official Webby Honoree in the Banner/Display Advertising Category

NEW YORK - The Webby Awards, the leading international honor for Web Sites, today recognized two Web sites within the Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST) network for excellence in the Web site and Interactive Marketing categories. The Monster Career Advice Portal and Military.com’s display advertising capabilities were both recognized among more than 8,000 entries spanning 60 countries and all 50 states. Monster® is the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and Military.com is the leading military membership organization.

"Receiving two Webby Award recognitions underscores our dedication to satisfying site visitors, employers and advertisers," said Brad Baker, president, product, technology and service, Monster Worldwide. "This year’s People’s Voice Award for Best Employment Web site is especially gratifying as we were chosen by actual online users who have used Monster resources to advance their lives."

Recognized for its career content, earlier this year Monster unveiled a newly structured advice section designed to help visitors quickly find the tips and insight they need to accomplish their goals. As a result, the Career Advice Portal was chosen by the public as the Best Employment Web site after more than 400,000 votes were cast. People’s Voice Winners will be honored at The 11th Annual Webby Awards in New York City June 3 – 5, 2007.

Further emphasizing the value and quality of work delivered to advertisers within the Monster network, Military.com is among the top 15 percent of applicants recognized as an Official Webby Honoree for its partnership with the major motion picture Flags of Our Fathers in the Banner/Display Advertising, Promotional Category.
