MCLEAN, Va – Military.com announced the first SpouseBUZZ LIVE event of the year will take place at Harbour View, a waterfront event venue in Woodbridge, VA on Saturday, March 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The free event is open to all military spouses, past or present, and will feature their signature panel discussions and networking opportunities. Each attendee will receive a SpouseBUZZ LIVE tote bag filled with gifts and will automatically be entered into the raffle to win prizes such as electronics, gift cards and jewelry.
SpouseBUZZ LIVE creator and Army wife, Andi Hurley said the events are always a hit because they addresses the unique challenges military spouses face with dignity and humor. "Well meaning folks can sometimes focus on the doom and gloom aspect of being a military spouse. It makes for great TV, but our lives have positive dimensions, too. SpouseBUZZ LIVE gives spouses an opportunity to share the pride we feel in being a military family while at the same time laughing at the sometimes-insane and challenging aspects of this life we have chosen."
This year's kick-off event will feature a performance by Military Spouse Comedienne Mollie Gross. An additional stop on the 2011 tour was added this year to meet the demand for the popular event, which will celebrate its fifth anniversary this October.
