Your Tricare benefit is the same regardless of where you live, but there are different customer service contacts for each region. Each region is administered by a contractor to provide you with health care.
These offices can also provide:

- assistance with enrollment
- primary care doctor selection and changes
- help with referrals and appointments
- claim status and claims resolution
- help with eligibility status
- list of network providers and pharmacies
