A 2.6 percent pay raise for troops, a plus-up to end strength and funding for 77 F-35s, 15 KC-46s, three Littoral Combat Ships, 135 M1 Abrams and 60 Bradley fighting vehicles are among the measures included in the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) signed by President Donald Trump August 13, 2018.
