That's right, folks. The problem with the missile defense system isn't that it has flunked many of its rigged tests. The problem is that we're not cheering loud enough.

"He is still working out the rules dictating when and under whose authority to fire a new system to protect the United States from missile attack, and is awaiting a final assessment about the system's readiness to begin operations," according to the Washington Post.
