A video uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday appears to show the tragic crash of a Navy Blue Angels jet last week in Tennessee.
The June 2 aviation accident involving an F/A-18 Hornet fighter jet made by Boeing Co. killed the pilot of the No. 6 plane. He was identified as Marine Capt. Jeff Kuss, 32, of Durango, Colorado.
The demonstration team had been set to perform at the Smyrna, Tennessee, airport outside Nashville last week weekend for the Great Tennessee Airshow, but canceled the appearance following the crash. The elite flight demonstration squadron has also canceled upcoming performances in New York and Ohio.
