Many people will probably tell you to buy a car - that way, you can own it for as long as you'd like, then sell it when you're done to make some money back. However, if you're one of those people who would rather drive a new car every few years, and you don't want to constantly think about resale value, then leasing might be the way to go. With that in mind, Subaru is offering lease deals for every model it currently sells. You can get into a brand-new Subaru for relatively cheap, whether you want a family SUV like the Ascent, or a two-door sports car like the BRZ. Here are all the current Subaru lease deals in order from the most expensive to the least expensive monthly payment.

Lease deals vary from region to region, and you will need to input your zip code to view Subaru's current deals on their website; all lease deals mentioned in this article use a Los Angeles, California region code. The deals listed here are for the month of October, and will expire after October 31st, 2025.

MSRPs listed exclude destination, options, and other fees, and are correct at the time of writing - automakers reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Models are listed from the most expensive to the least expensive monthly payment. Photos may represent higher trim levels.

2025 Subaru WRX Premium

Monthly Lease Payment: $399

2024-2025 Subaru WRX

You can find Subaru deals for every model on sale this year, but the most expensive lease currently offered is for the WRX Premium. This all-wheel-drive compact sedan is one of the most powerful models the brand has to offer; pair it with a manual transmission, and you have yourself a fun canyon cruiser. Discuss any potential restrictions about track days with your dealer beforehand, though. At the end of this Subaru lease, you'll have spent at least $17,513.

2025 Subaru Ascent Premium

Monthly Lease Payment: $375

2025 Subaru Ascent

It's no sports sedan, but the next most expensive model on this list of Subaru lease specials is the Ascent SUV. This is the automaker's sole three-row SUV, and it's perfect for families with room for up to eight occupants. The Premium trim that's being offered for lease this October also has a 5,000-pound towing capacity for small trailers or boats. If you want to lease one for the next three years, you can lock in a rate of $375. By the end of the lease, you will have spent at least $17,874.

2025 Subaru BRZ Premium

Monthly Lease Payment: $375

2024 Subaru BRZ tS

The Subaru BRZ is an icon among affordable sports cars, and it holds value rather well. This is one case where you have a great chance of spending less money by buying one, then selling it after three years, than if you were to lease one. Subaru financing deals can probably help you out with a relatively decent rate if you choose to go down that avenue. However, if you choose to lease anyway, you'll spend at least $16,474 at the end of 36 months.

2026 Subaru Impreza Sport

Monthly Lease Payment: $319

2024-2025 Subaru Impreza Hatchback

The Impreza is one of those Subaru specials that you can't forget about. It's relatively affordable, reliable, has decent fuel economy, and it can fit a fair amount of cargo inside. Pictured above is the Sport trim, since Subaru hasn't published any official photos of the base model, but you get the picture. There are only two all-wheel-drive hatchbacks on sale in the US for under $30k right now, and this is one of them. If you want to lease instead of buy, though, then you'll spend at least $14,403.
