Most U.S. government agencies are in the middle of a federal hiring freeze, but the Department of Defense is still looking for workers. If you are a transitioning military member, the DoD still needs your experience, your security clearance and your downright good looks.
Still, you are the only one keeping an eye out for your career. Is a federal job a good bet for you during your military transition this year? Will federally employed military spouses continue to be exempt from the return-to-work order? Are these sweeping reductions in the federal workforce bound to affect you?
