The USO, in a partnership with Skillsoft, is offering active duty members, spouses and veterans free unlimited access to an entire library of training and certification tools.

The program is available to active-duty service members within 12 months of their projected end-of-service date; military spouses; and veterans who are within a year of discharge.

Whether you are employed or looking for employment in the financial services, health care or manufacturing sector, the program offers a variety of courses that will help you gain employment or excel towards promotion.

There are courses in areas including Business Skills, Project Management, Environmental Health and Safety Compliance, Digital Skills and Leadership Development.

You can also use the program to get certifications in such things as Six Sigma, Human Resource Certification, Microsoft Desktop. Information Technology certifications such as Amazon, Cisco, Google, Linux, Microsoft and Oracle are also available.

If you're looking to pursue a career in cyber security, get your Project Management Certification, or just advance your business skills to fill out that resume, the program is a great deal. Normally these courses cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.

The program is based on a proven approach to learning including a well-organized pathway consisting of videos, books, audiobooks as well as regular assessments of learning comprehension. There are also labs that allow participants to put their newfound knowledge to work to help them understand how it can be useful in the real world. Courses all have a final exam that must be passed prior to granting of credit or certification.

Check out the available courses and certifications available from Skillsoft through the USO Pathfinder™ partnership.

You can sign up for the program on the USO website.
