A-10s, V-22s Train for Combat Search and Rescue
U.S. Marines with Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment and Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 268 along with A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft from the 442nd Fighter Wing, Whiteman Air Force Base, conduct training aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Feb. 26, 2019. The training consisted of a simulated tactical recovery of aircraft personnel scenario and a combat search and rescue scenario.
