UH-60 Deck Landing Qualifications

    UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters from the Washington National Guard's 66th Theater Aviation Command, conduct deck landing qualification (DLQ) with the help of the U.S. Navy's USS John C. Stennis aircraft carrier near Port Angeles, Washington, Monday, March 21st, 2015. The DLQ was part of the Washington National Guard's Exercise Evergreen Tremor, which tests the guard's Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake plan. DLQs are also part of the 66th TAC's yearly qualifications. Pilots must complete multiple touchdown landings on the deck of a moving ship. Video by Sgt. 1st Class Jason Kriess.
