Over - Under Workout

    Here is a way to mix in some swim conditioning into your workouts. Swim 25m underwater - swim 25m easy to catch breath. Mix in several sets like this: 

    Warmup with 500m swim (any stroke)

    • Repeat 10 times
    • Swim 25m under or freestyle (minimal breaths)
    • Swim 25m easy (turtle back or CSS)
