Replacing Electrolytes During Hot, Humid Workouts

    After hot and humid workouts as well as dry and arid workouts - you need to replace water and electrolytes. In the desert the air is so dry that you will not sweat but you will have salt stains. You still need water / electrolytes ASAP. Here are my favorite methods that have worked for me for years.
