Key:

N: Name of the exercise

A: Adjustment length of the TRX

P: Position relative to the anchor

S: Starting posture

M: Movement cues

R: Return cues to starting posture.

N: TRX hip throw

A: Short

P: SF

S: Arms extended chest height, walk feet toward anchor point, feet together.

M: Pull hands to chest simultaneously, rotating the torso to the right, allowing the right hand to cross over the body.

R: Rotate left to square shoulders with the anchor point. Repeat on the other side.
